Each large piece of artwork begins with sculpture rather than graphics: Saint Michael in marble, two guardian angels set in Gothic tracery, a chained devil beneath a lifted sword. We draw them the way an engraver would, so they read as carved stone across the back of a garment.
- Carved, not drawn
- The linework follows the logic of stone. Deep shadow sits where a chisel would cut, and fine stipple softens the edges where light would fall. Nothing is outlined for effect.
- Carried on the back
- The large artwork sits across the back, where the wearer cannot see it and everyone behind them can. The front is kept quiet, with a single small mark.
- Gilded ink, or plain white
- The Christogram Hoodie artwork is printed in its default gilded ink, and in plain white on black and charcoal for anyone who prefers it quieter.
